From the AKC: “When an evaluator signs a dog’s CGC test, the evaluator is essentially attesting that the dog was observed to perform all of the skills at a specific test. Although we can try our very best to be responsible, there are no guarantees for the future behavior of animals or humans”
From THKC: “If you or your employer or landlord requiresthat your dog has passed the CGC test, please note the CGC is not a therapy or service dog designation and does not provide any guarantee, insurance or liability protection.”
